Who is a Mystery Shopper?
Mystery Shoppers are the people that rate the service of the business either by visiting their physical or virtual premise them or calling them. The feedback provided by a mystery shopper is absolutely essential for an organization with regard to customer service because it is based on this feedback that an organization of company can improve on its core customer service beliefs.
A mystery shopper goes through something that we call a “mystery shopping experience”. This means that the mystery shopper will visit an establishment; acting as a regular customer and go through the entire experience and moments as a regular customer, but keeping in mind the high’s and low of that shopping experience. These highs and lows are then reflected in a mystery shopping report which is typed up and then passed on to that relevant organization for their action.
