Value Moments is one of Ethos Consultancy’s newest product developments. Based on the concept that each moment of the customer’s experience is not considered to be equally important by a customer, Value Moments allows organisations to disseminate the prevailing customer experience, segregate and analyse the customer interaction points. The purpose is to devise a blueprint that determines which aspects of the customer experience are more significant in heightening the overall customer experience.
