The International Standard for Service Excellence (TISSE) has been developed by The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI), with the objective of making it the global standard for quality customer service.
The aim of TISSE is to enable organisations to focus their attention on the delivery of excellence in service quality, while at the same time providing recognition of success through a formal third party certification scheme.
Ethos Integrated Solutions is the Middle East & North Africa regional partner for The International Customer Service Institute and the sole provider for TISSE internal auditor training program.

As an initial stage of the implementation and certification of TISSE, Ethos Integrated Solutions certified auditors and consultants will conduct a comprehensive review of your organisation against the requirements of The Standard.
Our consultants and experts will plan the implementation project based on the outcomes of the initial gap analysis and the current state service quality levels of your organisation; with the aim of supporting your organisation to achieve international excellence.
IMPLEMENTATION OF TISSE
The implementation of TISSE will include the complete closure of identified gaps through:- the documentation of needed policies, processes as well as the empowerment of human resources in compliance with the requirements of The Standard.
A part of the implementation of TISSE we will support your organisation in managing the service quality levels through structured customer service performance management and improvement programs.
TISSE AUDITOR TRAINING
TISSE Internal Auditor Training will give you the ability to conduct an assessment against the International Standard for Service Excellence within the organisation. The internal audit training includes detailed understanding of the Standard and its criteria as well as TICSI’s unique Online Site Assessment tool, which will generate a detailed report on your entities current level of service delivery.
